Beautiful Young Blackbird

Catching the light and casting a shadow this morning outside me window.  This must be another young one. The one you have seen several times is now sporting adult feathers and looking rather tatty.
I love seeing them : they appear as soon as I do.

Pilates today : blimey I've got seized up hips after a period of doing exercises standing rather than getting down on the floor and risking an acid reflux. So back to the floor I reckon.
I've also got disciplined after my hols to a low acid diet in the hope I can stop taking a medication.
