A Waiting Game

According to the forecast, there was supposed to be heavy rain right through the morning. It didn’t materialise until after 2 pm. I had decided to make some fermented pickle. I made some traditional kimchi a while back which was very nice so I decided to try a couple of different ones - a carrot one which should be ready in about 10 days, and a lime pickle which will take about 5 weeks.
