First Heavy Frost

Sure has been a cold day. We did see some sunshine but it didn't warm up much. 

I had Accuputure this morning. My neck is much better but my back still is sore. I woke up with earache. Do hope it doesn't get any worse.

After my Accuputure I had a massage of my neck and back. John gave me a voucher for my birthday back in January. I felt so much better afterwards.
