Air Plants On Display

We pulled under the tamarind tree on our way back from errands in town so my wife could collect a few air plants for her recently hung pottery. Last night's heavy rain knocked a number of suitable subjects from their tree host, so it was just a matter of scooping them up off the ground. Later, while waiting for a wash on the grass, the complex's gardener thought they were trash and tossed them in the garbage. Fortunately, we discovered the error before too much time had passed and they were soon in their new home on the patio.
