Bees....

....in the garden. I think they are a Tree Bumble Bee [ Bombus hypnorum] and a Garden Bumble Bee [ Bombus hortorum]. Don't you just love the Bombus bit of their names :) 

Went to my WW group today and the leader was talking about the ' 3 good things' philosophy so I thought I'd try it for a while so here goes...

1. I spent a lovely afternoon in the sun at sports day
2. I lost 1 lb this week [ now up to 30 lbs off in total]
3. I found some bumble bees.
