Birthday flowers

When I got to the office yesterday, I found a bouquet of flowers on my desk from two of the girls I work with. I bought so many peonies at the market on Saturday that I don't have any vases available so had to break the bouquet down into much smaller containers. Found a home for one of the gerberas and some frothy stuff (weeds I think) in a small vase on the mantelpiece.

It was interesting to note that everyone in the office made time to say happy birthday to me yesterday, apart from one. How times change.
