Saffron Waldron

A 7am start this morning and a 2hr drive to visit a new development and interview staff.
What a beautiful town, very quaint, with a lovely market square, old buildings with lots of independent shops and obviously a bit posh. A bacon butty was £6!
We interviewed a fabulous woman who all being well will be joining the team. The development is 73 flats with supported living for people who need extra care. The building is still being finished but it looks great and it’s the first of this kind that I’ve been involved in from inception so I’m very excited about the part my team are going to play in it.
Back home and 2hrs frantic cleaning and tidying in preparation for Emma’s parents that are coming to stay for a few days whilst we’re away. Emma popped round so we could show her where everything was etc. It was also a chance for us to catch up over a glass of vino.
