Had a really rough night and felt very anxious in the morning but ended up turning things around (thanks to Norm) and having a lovely, relaxing day.

Went for a walk from Askham along the river Lowther. We stopped by the river and ate our yummy sandwiches from Cranston’s in the sunshine.

Had a pint at The Punchbowl and then called for coffee and Bakewell tart at Brougham Hall on the way back to base.

Just chilled in the evening and did some craft :-)
