Buttercups and daisies

Bright and sunny so in between gardening I went for a short bike ride and passed 2 large patches of buttercups and ox-eye daisies.
Late afternoon I decided to read in the garden for a bit but it soon clouded over and by the time I was in place to help marshal the club trail race a bit later it was raining! Lovely muddy course even before the extra rain! Still got our burgers at the end, though.
The bending and standing have give me a sore back, hope it's better for my race tomorrow when it'll be my turn to get muddy!
