Collared!

I had passed these two police officers on horseback
a minute or so earlier and was itching to blip them
as they were coming towards me but I don't think
they would have been too happy! As they passed, I
thought about asking them but then I thought, nah.
I glanced back as I was cycling away and saw them
talking to this young lad so I sneaked up behind
them and got this shot. I think they were wanting to
know why he wasn't at school!
