Kirstenbosch Gardem

We had an amazing day here in South Africa again today.  We took a boat to Robben Island, and spent the morning listening to the history of the island, followed by a former prisoner's description of his personal ordeal.  Then we had a very different afternoon touring Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden.  The greenery was magnificent, with many of the trees identified as being 100 plus years old.  It's onto dinner here at the hotel tonight.  Jet lag has caught up with us, and we all feel like taking it easy.
Thank you for stopping by.  I apologize for not visiting your journals right now, due to a lack of time.  I'll catch up when I get home.
