Family archives

Having met up with M yesterday we decided to spend today ( wet and grey) looking at updating our family tree on Ancestry and researching. We found out loads about N’s father’s family who lived near Bedford and I uploaded lots of photos including these of Mum and Dad and their wedding and my paternal grandparents wedding invitation. Discovered to my amazement my grandfather was awarded the Military Cross in 1918.... haven’t managed to find out what it was for yet.
