Wet Start

It got wetter. And my parkrun was shortened due to my left calf going on me. Despite the new physio exercises for my knees beforehand it was pretty disheartening for this to happen again after last week. Might have to rest some more. Grrr.

Had a fun time shopping in Chester with Mrs Tuttle whilst Tuttle Jnr stayed at home revising. P & D came over today which meant chippy tea, which we haven't had for ages. Good nattering all round.
