Wake up and smell the coffee

A few days in and I’ve settled into a routine already.

There is always a stream of sunbed hunters by 11am but at 5.45am you get your pick.

The gardens here are beautiful and there is an abundance of colourful flowers to enjoy as I plod around my 5k route.

I’ve only seen one other runner and it’s already getting quite warm by the time I finish.

Sitting alongside a row of coffee machines and enjoying elevator music. What a fine way to start the day.
