Rowing with water in the apartment

Today I decided to try taking a photo  with the pentax, using one hand, while rowing with the other on our rowing machine. Recently bought as it mimics real rowing very well, and S likes the appearance as well as the excellent workout it provides. 

The extra shows the water containing source of variable resistance for the rower. The part of the machine to the right is the sliding seat and the track it slides on. While rowing I can look out the doors over the deck to the sky beyond. Nearly as good as being outside. Better than falling out of a boat into the water.
