Gesso who....

I spent quite a lot of yesterday yakking on about how much I LOVE this gesso panel by Charles Rennie Mackintosh (in The Hill House, Helensburgh)......only to discover that it was actually made by his equally gifted wife Margaret.

Sometimes, I'm almost amazed at my own ignorance......
