A New Day

River Braan at Rumbling Bridge

The weather improved considerably today, so we went out for a drive after delivering a birthday card to a friend in Dunkeld.

The first stop was the falls at Rumbling Bridge, where the River Braan tumbles down a gorge in a succession of small waterfalls and the water thunders under the old bridge.  Often there is spray which messes up your camera lens, but there was none today. (See Extras)

We drove on through Amulree and the Sma' Glen to Crieff in the hope of a coffee somewhere, but everywhere was closing (about 4.20 pm), so we just came home and had one here!

Hope you have had a good weekend too:-)
