Basking in Energy

What a glorious morning! Sara's cottage, like mine, may not have the prettiest of rooves, but on days like this it earns its keep. Both hot water and all electrics plus the national grid are being run or topped up by the solar tubes and photovoltaic panels on the roof. Even on cloudy days we get some benefit, reducing oil consumption and helping to reduce power station emissions. Off to the wood this afternoon, hurrah!
