My only picture today. M. was back from his conference adventures, and his Ryanair flight was actually early, so I had to leave to collect him before I finished my edging. Unfortunately they didn’t let them off the plane for 20 minutes, so I could have finished!
The little pegs and ‘thread conditioner’ were recommended by a lady from the US who I met at London Hat Week, and they make sewing much easier. This is a particularly tricky fabric called sinamay, which though woven from a plant fibre, can be very ‘prickly’
