Lentil Soup

The perfect repast after two days of rich food and indulgence.


Especially if you are tucked up in bed with flu! :(


Onion, carrot, celery, chopped and soften in a little oil. Add cup if lentils and enough stock to cover, summer until all veg and lentils are soft and season to taste. Mmmm


Even better if your mum makes it for you - which mine did! ;)
