Skeletal....

This made me smile today, and Gail too when I sent it to her. This skeleton is in the window of Avid Clinic in our high street which offers dentistry, chiropractic, osteopathy and beauty treatments and he is often dressed to give specific messages. I’ve shared him here before.

Pilates was good and I feel well stretched. I sense tomorrow may tell a different story to begin with.

A much better weather day today until this evening when the heavens opened again and will do tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow if the forecast gets it right.

Gail is home which is great news. Now to get some skin back onto her bones.
