Historical Market Town

Penrith the crossroad market town. Traders, smugglers, craftsmen and all manor of people swap wears here. The Saturday market was where they used to be summoned to do business. You'd walk around the huge loop of stalls listening to the bustling crowd and stands yelling to get rid of their supplies. I remember the huge meat wagons with a guy yelling through a microphone. "Lamb Shank, three for the price of two." "Local made fudge 100 grams a quid." Usually a shifty character would appear from the crowd and open his jacket wide and say "Wanna buy some sundials?"
