Silver Dormouse

We tried growing Brachyglottis hybrid Walberton's® Silver Dormouse when we lived up in NE Scotland, but the cold, wet winters and generally cool, wet summers didn't suit it at all and it sadly died.

We tried again with this plant soon after moving back to South East England nearly three years ago. It thrived, seeming to enjoy the often warm and arid conditions of our front garden here, but it is only this week, almost three years on, that we have actually seen it bloom.
