River Deveron

I thought this looked like a tiny island. A bit disappointed there are no mini people and little boats trying to evacuate before the water levels engulf their home.

A week fishing on the River Deveron and a place to stay 50 yards from the river. Brilliant. Except the river was high when we arrived and the rains came down from day one, swelling it to unfishable for most of the week.

Still, Iain turned up on his bike on the first afternoon and pulled out a fish within half an hour.
