Coffee break

We left Udon Thani early this morning for the journey home. It was a pleasant couple of days, although unfortunately I did get a bit of a tummy bug.  Consequently on Wednesday we went for a walk around in the morning,  we planned on doing a trip in the afternoon to a beautiful lake, however I quickly realised that it wasn't going to happen.  I went back to the room to rest and hubby decided to go for another walk.   He'd been gone for about thirty minutes when the heavens opened, about twenty minutes later he arrived back soaked to the skin.  We had to resort to putting his wet clothing in the dryer that was in the quest laundry.  It stopped raining by the time we were ready for dinner.  

On the way home we stopped for a coffee.  The places that we stop at use macaws as their symbol and have these ornamental ones haning up outside.  

Home now but very tired.
