3 old potatoes in the bottom of my cupboard.

I put them into a recycling box in October
Topped up the box with old leaves garden sweeping bits.
They had gone a bit floppy so I thought well let’s have a look.
In the picture potatoes I think they were Maris Pipers.
Here you see them with my homemade butter that I made from a pot of double cream from marks. Knock down price at their last sell by date.
So I have boils some for a little while. And now grilling them in the butter and bacon fat. To be eaten with my gluten free pork pie and salad. Oops! Just added some button mushrooms to the grill pan.
I am not feeling to bad but do have moments.
