Tiles Series 2: Faces of Nature

This was my second series of relief tiles ready to reproduce. Unfortunately, the Man in the Moon cracked in the kiln, and I'm not 100% happy with this glaze, but that's the joy of making moulds - I can make more, and try new glazes!

We just got the Cambridge Open Studios catalogue for the four open weekends in July again, and as with so many years, this is another year that's gone by too fast for me to get things ready to open my own studio. Definitely NEXT year! :-)

I really hope this was the last day of the incessant rain. At least I was caught up enough with work that I got out into the studio a bit.
