Strictly speaking 'Trade Inn' is number 1, Church Street. Church Street is one of the roads heading off of the High Street, Maldon, from where I took this picture today.

To the right of where I stood the road becomes 'Mill Lane'.

To the left of 'Trade Inn' (straight ahead in this picture, where you can see a parked car and houses) there is another street, 'North Road'.

This spot marks the 'bottom' end of my chosen location for the One Street project.

Why the boat? Church Street leads to The Quay
