Homemade Bagels Part 2

Baking at Grandma's house continued...

After boiling the bagels (yesterday's shot), we topped half of them with cheese, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning and left half of them plain. Then we tossed them into the oven for twenty minutes to get toasty. We could hardly wait for them to cool off before tasting them. Oh, delicious!

Only a few days left until I return to life on the other side of the world. It's been nice to be back, but I'm looking forward to getting back to "normal." I never would have thought that my "normal" would be life in Thailand, but that's how it turned out.
