Badger in daylight

It’s really unusual to spot a badger in daylight. Sometimes just after dawn in Summer you can see them, but this one I found wandering ahead of me on a woodland path at lunchtime today. It has rained a lot so I was walking very quietly on the soft ground and it wasn’t aware of me until my phone clicked.
