Sunshine and Shadow

What a changeable day! At least there were some sunny spells, and it actually felt a bit summery at times, then clouds like these would roll in and start spitting. Never turned to proper rain, though, which meant I could carry on with the gardening. Got the hedge trimmer working again, and trimmed all the overgrown hedges. Also cleaned a gutter on the garage where there were 2-foot tall weeds growing in it!

After a bit of a rest, Daisy and I went to pick out new paint colours for the entry, new loo, and stairway, as well as the living room, while we were at it - then to the cinema to watch X-Men: Dark Phoenix, which despite the poor critical reviews, we really enjoyed.
