Children Playing, Carskey Bay

16C and bright with long sunny spells. Plenty of white clouds. Light to moderate SW/S/SSE breeze.

Grocery shopping.

We drove the ten miles or so South to Southend then followed the road round past Dunaverty beach and Kiel to Carskey Bay. The tide was well in. There were no seals on the rocks at Kiel. Lots of Gannets were flying along but none appeared to be diving. At the back of the beach there were one or two well disguised Ringed Plovers.

We walked along to the far end of the beach and back.
It was a lovely day for a beach walk.
