Welcome

We took Robin to meet his new baby brother today.  Arrived about 0830ish, weight 4355g.

Unfortunately, R had some problems with bleeding that required a trip to theatre, general anaesthetic, and a scrape, so cannot come home today.  We were not allowed in to see her, but G took Robin in, and then brought the new arrival for us to coo over. 

Before that, we'd had a trip to the beach, followed by lunch in a cafe.  And afterwards, G came with us to the park to play with Robin for a while.  Then we returned to the car, leaving G to stay with R at hospital, and came back to the house.

It's been another hot day, and Robin seems shattered, so he's had tea, and although it's early, we've opted for a bath, and Z is currently reading to him.  Fingers crossed he settles.
