Breakfast

My turn to make breakfast for our vegan Airbnb guest and her great niece who likes a bit of cheese and ham! Dd made her now renowned granola, leaving out the honey this time, and the yogurt was milk free. Pomegranate seeds, cherries (very much in season), figs, and an avocado and lemon mix made up the rest along with orange cubes, banana slices, wonderful tomatoes and cucumber drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, dates, walnuts, prunes and dried apricots. Oh, and little Italian dip-biscuits with pistachios. Out of shot there is coconut milk, tomato juice, orange juice, almond milk, peanut butter, marmalade and bread. They did not open the almond and olive spread but nearly all the rest of it went down a treat, accompanied by tea and coffee.
