Tanyard Creek Roiling

I love rushing water, whether a waterfall, rapids or storm run off. Today wasn’t really a photography day, simply time for an outing with Maui. That dog can sniff, splash and eat grass to the point the trail of 1.8 miles took an hour and a half. I expected the slow pace but the air was warm and humid.

I think all the photos of water may be mostly passé. I’m finding myself getting bored with shooting the usual—wildflowers and water, seeking more thoughtful moments, more unusual scenes or surprises. Intentional.

Today was lovely. No ticks. And the breaths of natur filling my lungs
