Ripon

We were playing at a bandstand in Ripon this afternoon.  Thankfully the bit of rain we got in the second half didn't come to much and we managed to get through our programme.  After a cuppa in the cafe we drove home through much heavier rain showers.

The park in Ripon had various pieces of art around the theme of the D-Day anniversary.  There were knitted poppies on the top of the bandstand, others tied to trees, and this sculpture.
