The Final Countdown - Four

I'm on the road to nowhere.....

Actually, I was out for my walk before we get another bout of heavy rain.

I thought this typified this time of year. This is mid-winter, UK style. The trees are dormant, the days are short, but thankfully we have no frost or snow. Everything is just damp and grey and we wait for the first green shoots of spring which will show themselves in the coming weeks and months.
