Cast On

Harry has this amazing ability to wake me up 20 minutes after I fall asleep. Whether it’s 22:00 or 01:00, he makes enough noise to get me out of bed, and then I’ve had a nap and can’t sleep. Today he broke new ground because I was woken with a phone call 20 minutes after going to sleep after a night shift to say that he had come off his scooter and broken his leg. One more drive to the hospital for me then.

He’s getting spoiled, but if you can’t have it after breaking a leg then when can you?
