Repairs

Today’s blip is of an area called Mursalat. It’s full of mobile phone repair shops. I got my iPhone 6 screen replaced with the help of two shops and and elderly gentleman who translated for me. I really like the Saudis who are so helpful and friendly.

The other repair is Karen. She got an operation to put a plate into her wrist. Unfortunately the insurance declined the operation after it was underway. We are insured at the sister hospital for all things but only emergency at this one. There is a fine line between both. It was finally agreed that as she was admitted by ambulance, it was an emergency. Please UK don’t go down the insurance route
