Monochrome

For me this excursion is something of a rarety. Monochrome for me was the way it was when first I took up a camera. Those were the days of a Brownie 127. Since the advent of colour photography, I very rarely go back to the old ways. However it is true that monochrome can be quite exhilarating. It can soften and enhance in a way that colour cannot. Certainly, today, for me, it has disguised the appalling weather.
