Clearing out the garage

Had originally planned to take Mr PHL to Register House to get him started on his side of the family but we decided the day would be better spent starting to clear out the garage.

Filled the car twice and took it to the recycling centre; the third load is ready to go up first thing in the morning. We’ve worked out which items could be sold/given away and have a bike to take to the bike centre tomorrow. They’ll fix it up and pass it on.

I also inventoried the freezers (we have two - the integrated one in the kitchen and an upright in the garage) so know exactly what we have for future meals. Found a piece of steak (yahoo) so turned it into stroganoff. Yum.
