A dash of colour

A dragon fruit and my coffee cup are a colourful antedote the the grey gloom outside.

It's dark now but at 4pm there was little light left outside. I've never tried a dragon fruit from Vietnam before. The man at the fruit shop warned me that it would seem tasteless on the first spoonful. "Don't throw it out" he said, "you'll like it on the second spoonful".

I'll let you know my verdict :-)

8 hours sleep last night did wonders for me and I'm planning on the same tonight.
