New Teapot!

I never used to drink tea, I was a strictly coffee man. This changed at the start of the year when I gave it up for Lent. It was then that I discovered loose green tea and associated teaware to make it. Now I love nothing more than a nice cuppa when I get home from the coalface.

Today I got to use my new teapot that Father Christmas (by way of my sister and brother in law) and brewed a cup of Canton Chai - a hand-blended tea containing - Assam with green cardamon, cassia bark, ginger, orange peel, cloves, and green peppercorns. A braw wee cuppa indeed!
