ROUGH AND READY!

Lazy morning then The Rev and I went up to Crystal Palace and tried out this new cafe. Very very rough and ready.....it was a cross between a squatters place and air raid shelter however the food was great.
Then Dentist for me although The Rev sneaked in too!!! ...only a small crack to repair.
T and swimming.....no coach today but I worked hard...30 lengths in 40 mins.
