.. they just walk the dog more often.

one of the great things about a bike is that it gets you into
conversations that you don't have driving a car. I don't
know if it is the Ewan & Charlie effect, but people seem to
want to chat with bikers more. Share their stories about
their bikes present or long since gone, or their son/daughter
has one, it can only be a good thing.
