Just nipped out to the garden as the wind got up late this afternoon, thankfully this tiny strawflower was sheltered against the fence.

It's Flower Friday, thanks to Anni (BikerBear) for continuing to host this lovely challenge.

Mum and I had a wonderful day in the city visiting relations who have moved to Christchurch from the North Island. I hadn't seen them in 30 years, it was so nice to sit and chat. Thanks P and B for a lovely time :)
