Head First

When I started to take a shot of the bird feeders there were at least 5 birds on here, so where did they all go?!!  Just one left and his head was so far in the feeder that he missed all the others flying away:-)

A busy day in the garden and then an unexpected invitation for drinks with new neighbours, so a very pleasant evening.

Noticed an evil smell from one of the shrubs at the top of the garden (see Extra).  Can anyone identify it for me please?
