Sparks Lake

Central Oregon has the most breathtaking landscape any time of year, but in the summer when there is still snow on the mountains, it is especially beautiful. We took a two and a half mile hike with the boys today and they never complained! The views were beautiful and varied and a delicious picnic lunch was a fitting finale.
Grateful today for...scattered clouds and cool temperatures and no people on the trail.
