Give Thanks

On my walk I ran across a large dog that turned on me. It came charging from the other side of the street where its owner chased all the while yelling for it to stop. Unlike my past experiences it was very aggressive and snipped at my hand which when I raised ignited him to show every tooth he had in his mouth. Gratefully no harm came to me. The owner apologized as she corralled her dog and I just turned and walked away. I immediately realized once again just how fragile our existence is. Live fully immersed, appreciate every moment, and give thanks ...give thanks.
