Silly Saturday Shirt

This reminds me of my Blip from 1st June which was the wooden post with a child's hat on top.  This time though it looks like an adult's t shirt instead of a hat and it's on a lovely rusty post, but it's just as silly.  I have no idea why the t shirt is there; you could hardly lose your t shirt and not notice!
